444pk Terms and Conditions –
What You Need to Know

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the player) and 444pk (the platform, operated at 444pk.onl). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 444pk platform — including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, bingo, or any promotional feature — you confirm that you have read these terms in full and accept them without reservation.

These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 444pk. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless a specific section of another document explicitly states otherwise.

444pk reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email.

To register and use 444pk, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where using an online gaming platform of this nature is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on 444pk or any affiliated platform.

Age verification: 444pk performs identity verification on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. This is done by requesting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document. Players who cannot complete verification will have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until documentation is provided. In cases where a player is found to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and any net deposits returned to the source payment method where possible.

444pk does not offer any promotional material targeted at minors and does not knowingly accept registrations from persons under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed this platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Each individual may register only one account on 444pk. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices from the same household — is prohibited. 444pk uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts and will close them upon detection, cancelling any associated bonuses or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. 444pk staff will never ask for your password. Any transactions completed using your login credentials before you report a security breach are your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

Account inactivity: Accounts that have not been accessed for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 444pk may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule displayed in the Account Settings section. Players will receive email notification before any inactivity fee is applied.

All deposits on 444pk are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier before you confirm any transaction. Most methods have a minimum deposit of PKR 500. 444pk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before transacting.

Deposits are typically credited to your 444pk account balance immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. You cannot request a withdrawal to a payment account that is not verified in your name.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires submission of a valid government-issued ID document. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without repeating full verification unless account details change or a review is triggered.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (approximate and subject to your payment provider's processing schedule):

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Same business day in most cases.
• Raast: Within 24 hours.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days.
• Debit Card: 2–5 business days.

444pk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to do so — for example, unusual account activity, a first withdrawal of a significant amount, or a discrepancy in account details. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not intended as a barrier to legitimate withdrawals.

Only your real money balance is withdrawable. Bonus funds in your bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Withdrawing your real money balance before completing bonus wagering will result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any wagering progress.

Bonuses available on 444pk are listed on the Promotions page with individual terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry windows. These promotion-specific terms supplement this section and form part of the overall agreement.

General rules that apply to all 444pk bonuses:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring.
• Bonuses are credited to your separate bonus balance, not your real money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window. Uncompleted bonuses are removed at expiry without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering — contribution rates are listed on each promotion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate.
• 444pk reserves the right to adjust or withdraw a promotional offer without notice if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: irregular betting patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

444pk's casino and gaming products operate under the rules determined by the respective game providers. For slots, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage is determined by the game developer and is displayed in the game's information panel. For live casino games, the rules visible during gameplay — including dealer procedures, betting limits, and payout structures — are the governing rules for that session.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a server disconnection, browser crash, or game software error — bets already placed at the time of the fault will be settled based on the actual outcome of that round where determinable. If a round cannot be completed or the outcome cannot be verified, the relevant bet stake will be returned to your account balance. 444pk's decision on such matters is final.

Players may not use any software, script, bot, or automated system to interact with casino or bingo games. Any use of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings. This applies equally to manually coordinated collusion between players with the aim of gaining an unfair advantage.

Bingo-specific rules — including room schedules, ticket prices, prize structures, and side game rules — are displayed within each bingo room before you purchase tickets.

Sports bets placed on 444pk are governed by the rules displayed in the Sportsbook section for each market. The following general rules apply across all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 444pk. Markets may be suspended or closed at any time without prior notice, particularly during live events when information affecting the market is pending confirmation.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned before a result can be determined, or if the bet was placed on a market that is subsequently determined to have been offered in error.
• Cricket: Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and other cricket competitions follow standard cricket betting rules as displayed in the relevant market rules section.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are available on selected events. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to delay processing, during which the market status is confirmed before the bet is accepted.
• Obvious errors: 444pk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error — for example, where a market showed odds that were significantly inconsistent with the correct pricing due to a technical fault.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout limit applies per bet and is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at that amount.

444pk is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform offers tools in the Account Settings section to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive an alert after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use these tools proactively. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and remain in place for the minimum period you specify. During a self-exclusion period, 444pk will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent you from accessing the platform, though it is also your responsibility to refrain from attempting to circumvent this restriction.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the 444pk Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document.

444pk uses the information you provide to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, communicate with you about your account and promotions, and comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

444pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• The account is being operated by or on behalf of a minor.
• Multiple accounts are being operated by the same individual.
• There has been an attempt to defraud the platform, manipulate games, or abuse bonuses.
• The account has been involved in suspicious financial activity.
• A chargeback has been raised against a deposit transaction without valid basis.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 444pk will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the email address registered on the account. Where an account is permanently closed for a breach of these terms, any real money balance may be returned at 444pk's discretion after deducting applicable bonus amounts and any documented losses attributable to the breach.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. If you have a real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, you may request a withdrawal before or at the time of closure.

444pk operates the platform on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. Where possible, planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

444pk is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from: platform unavailability, delays in bet settlement or payment processing beyond our control, errors in third-party game software, or actions taken in response to a verified breach of these terms. Our maximum liability in any event is limited to the real money balance held in your account at the time of the incident.

The platform is provided for entertainment purposes. Gaming and sports betting carry financial risk. 444pk does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game or betting activity. Decisions to wager are made entirely at your own risk.

444pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are significant, registered players will be notified via email at the address associated with their account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 444pk platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a material change, you should contact support to discuss your options, which may include voluntary account closure and withdrawal of your balance.
